She also noticed him the next time. Aaaand the next and the next.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Zack had also noticed Erin, but she didn’t realize it until one evening when they caught eyes at the local bar.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Erin clutched Zack’s arm that night, and they started (finally) talking. Immediately she knew he was special because she had lost her wallet that evening, and he spent almost two hours looking for it!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
They finally gave up and decided to go get pizza instead (goals).⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
They tried the whole “let’s be friends” thing, buuuut soon realized that wasn’t gonna work out, after Erin cooked Zack his favorite meal, chicken parmesan (smart girl).⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
They laughed and talked and danced in the kitchen, and pretty soon that whole “just friends” thing was no longer a thing.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Zack officially asked Erin to be his girlfriend on the steps of the chapel at their college campus, and a little over two years later he proposed to Erin on those same steps.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
These two beautiful humans tied the knot on Saturday, and they had me crying and laughing, and my heart bursting with love for them + their families, from morning till evening.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Zack + Erin had the most elegant, timeless, Christmas wedding. But ultimately it was their beautiful, selfless love that made their day the beauty that it was.
Their day was surrounded by family, and their reception was sealed with speeches that had us all laughing + crying, a performance from Erin’s sisters (a song that her siblings composed + sang), and Erin then got up and sang “At Last” to her husband Zack.
The TEARS in the room were all around.
Erin + Zack’s wedding was held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Peoria, Illinois, and their reception was at Trailside Event Center in Peoria Heights, Illinois.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
